Alisha Forrester Scott has been in Sedona for about a year, and she’s still glad she decided to get out of Phoenix.
Forrester Scott did a little moving before getting to Sedona, but it was work that actually brought her here in the first place.
“I moved for a client that I used to do publicity and marketing for,” she said. “I came out here last summer.
“Now the one client has shifted into multiple projects, but I’m here as a social entrepreneur.”
Prior to arriving in Sedona, she experienced stints in New Mexico and San Francisco.
“I had been in Albuquerque for four months,” she said. “I produced an event called Bees Week, and I have a charity called Pollinator Support Movement. I try to stay in the news and do different projects educating people about food supply crisis, insecticides and so I was out there producing this event, and before that I was in the Bay Area for almost two years doing art and music."
